Le « Mystère de la Résurrection » d’Arnoul Gréban dans sa tradition imprimée : à propos des rapports entre les éditions anciennes Article - 2021

This paper discusses the ancient editions of Arnoul Gréban’s Mystère de la Résurrection and their relations. The analysis of a sample of variants allows us to divide the prints into separates groups and to formulate some hypotheses about the editorial choices made by publishers or by their collaborators. The results of this first survey show that while the text does not feature major variations in content, it was revised several times. This fact is particularly interesting because these editions developed in the so-called transition period from Middle French to Preclassic French. Their classification is therefore a first step towards a more in-depth analysis which will also take into account their graphic variants.
